How Do You Play Touch Football?

OBJECTIVE OF THE GAME

The objective of Touch Football is the same as its tackle counterpart i.e.:

• To out score your opponents by scoring touchdowns.
• Two teams of varying numbers (2 – 11 players per team) compete against each other.
• One team, “the offense,” has possession of the ball and attempts to move the ball downfield across their opponent’s goal line.
• They do so by passing or running the ball towards the opponent’s goal line.
• The opposition, “the defense,” attempts to stop them from accomplishing the task.
